"We love using Queen City Tile and Stone! The showroom and the service are A+ and this is by far the best place in Charlotte to get tile. I bring clients here for full home renovations or for just a single backsplash or bathroom job. I have also used QC Tile and stone for larger commercial projects that I need to keep in budget but look high end. Jeff offers tiles from all price points for any type of project. It's always fun spending time in his gorgeous showroom and seeing what new products he us offering...he also plays great music and offers a lux tile selection experience. This is not your average tile shop. Lastly, QC Tile and Stone keeps me and my clients very organized, which is such an added bonus. They send pricing the same day or the following day, which always includes the location of the tile, grout colors for each tile as well as the trim selection so that you and your tile installers are not scrambling the day of install! They communicate with your contractor and tile installers so that you don't have to as a designer or homeowner. I also feel perfectly comfortable sending in my clients into his showroom without me b/c I know that they will be taken care of. Jeff has fantastic tile designers and sales associates as well-he hires people who know what they are doing so that my clients feel comfortable. Queen City Tile and Stone is a great asset to the Charlotte Design community and we are so lucky to have this showroom! They also offers amazing lighting and cabinetry options as well, which makes this wonderful place a one stop shop."

"Fantastic modern showroom with an art gallery feel. Great selection of tile, quartz and lighting. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and had wonderful selections to choose from and the prices were actually less than other suppliers. We will continue to buy from them for all projects."

"Miserable experience all the way around with Queen City Tile. Paid 4x the cost on the tile vs floor & decor and lowes because I was told this tile was hand made locally. The tile is unevenly spaced on the webbing resulting in a horrible installation that has to be torn out. Queen City Tile says it’s not their fault that their tile is not evenly spaced and they aren’t responsible. After 2 weeks of calling they are only willing to offer any partial credits only if and after if their supplier extends said credit to them first. Owner Jeff refuses to call back and makeb this right. Sales staff says they relay messages, no one ever gets back in touch. 1,500 dollars for 50sq foot of tile. Horrible quality several busted tile and 90% of the tile unevenly spaced. We’re now looking at ripping everything out and restarting on our own dime. Queen City Tile has poor tile quality and even worse customer service, won’t even credit us 50 sq foot of equally spaced tile. Highly recommend avoiding them, I under stand the mistake on the tile but the customer service and lack of accountability with these people is unbelievable. UPDATE: 15 min later after posting this review Jeff decided to finally call us back and say because we wrote a bad review he has no incentive to help and make things right. Horrible customer service from all reps and owner. We said we rather part ways because you said you wouldn’t help us because of the review. I would rather be out thousands of dollars than have to deal with you guys any longer. That should say all anyone needs know about the type of business that can be expected from Queen City tile"

"While Queen City Stone and Tile boast a beautiful & wide selection to choose from, by far the best part of my experience was working with Michele. I came in because I was having two bath remodels and believe me when I say that I had only a very vague idea of what I wanted. Michele was so personable from start to finish and without her there would have been NO WAY my remodels would have turned out so gorgeous! She somehow managed to get an idea of my style and promptly started to pull tiles. It’s like she has all the ideas stored in her head and she just brought everything together perfectly. After a thorough first meeting she already had 3 beautiful designs to choose from. On my second visit we finalized the look, but I suddenly realized I also had to pick grout and schluter colors (who knew?) Seeing I was not up for the challenge Michele went into action and within 15 minutes had it all figured out. Not only did she make the process of choosing painless, but she was always responsive any time I had a question (which happened many times) and communicated very well by text/phone & met me at the store when I had to pick up materials & had suggestions when I thought I hit a stumbling block logistically or otherwise. In other words, she was there for me from the very start to the very finish. I’m adding pics of the remodels to show just how beautiful the tile design that she envisioned came out. In short, great store with lots of quality pieces to choose from, but it was Michele’s customer service and sharp eye for design that was by far the reason for my great experience. I never met her before this project, but if ever I have to do another one she’s my go to lady and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any friend or family member looking to do the same."
