"Very fast in and out!!"
"Our builder, Starlight Homes, partnered with Shaw Flooring. Our whole neighborhood's LVP in new homes has been failing. Shaw sold a defective product & told the builder it didn't need a vapor barrier. Shaw continued to sell the product after they were aware of the issues. We were never contacted & so we bought more of the same LVP to have the floor match where the builder had installed carpet & we bore the cost of installing it ourselves in time. Shaw won't replace the additional after closing LVP but is only offering a new LVP that doesn't match the old one (what we & the builder installed) or $900 cash (no labor $) to replace the entire houses LVP material which obviously won't cover the cost whatsoever. Terrible company. Buyer beware."
