"After a lot of frustrating confusion, I contacted a different insurance agency and got the SAME coverage for ONE THIRD the price Allstate was charging. I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the policy prior to it going into effect, and I am STILL waiting for my refund. *******the confusion was NOT over signatures. The whole experience working with this agency was a disaster. And 2 weeks after canceling the policy that had not even taken effect, I STILL have not received my refund! SO NOT ONLY DID THEY SCREW UP THE POLICY, BUT THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME FOR A POLICY THAT NEVER WENT INTO EFFECT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PIRATES. HOPE THEY ARE SHUT DOWN AND I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO INFORM PEOPLE ABOUT THESE LOW-LIFE PEOPLE ******5 WEEKS NOW AND COMPANY PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON THE PARTIAL REFUND THEY FINALLY SENT. SO NOW MY BANK IS CHARGING ME A $10 CHARGE FOR THEIR CANCELLED CHECK. DAVID AGER INSURANCE AGENCY AND BIANCA JABER AGENT WILL SCREW YOU TO THE WALL AND STAND BACK AND LAUGH AT YOU. THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST CORRUPT AGENCY AROUND. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED TOO!"
