I asked for help. He called the 2 ladies talking. VERY poor customer service, employees need customer service and communication training. VERY disappointed leaving store and we night from New Balance."
"The two sales ladies here were very helpful when I went in. I was looking for the new sandals and could not find what I was looking for. They not only helped me find the item number, but also helped me find what store they could be found in along with giving me the phone number so I could call before driving a long way. All stores are about an hour from my house. I felt appreciated and want to thank the both sales ladies in Concord Mills Mall!!!"
