"While the staff was very courteous and welcome improvements have been made to the interior and seating, I cannot recommend watching a movie here. While attending a movie here, the black and white film I'd paid to see was being shown on a broken projector that turned the screen blue. When brought to the attention of management before the viewing began, I was told they already knew and there was nothing to be done. If they cannot do the due diligence to close down one of many theater rooms, for one of the very few late night showings they had running, to provide a proper viewing experience, who knows what else is being neglected."

"This movie theater is decent. The best feature is its location in North Hills. I rented an entire theater for a private showing. The reservation process was simple and organized. I had two issues 1) The manager wasn’t there on time to open up the theater for our party. We were supposed to have access at 10:30am. Thankfully, we got in! 2) Two seats didn’t work in our theatre Otherwise the concession staff was helpful and courteous."

"We have enjoyed this theatre for over a year but recently we have had many problems. The biggest problem is with the reclining chairs. They either don’t recline or the back is totally broken off so you can’t sit in it. We had reserved seats the last time we went and one of the chairs had the back totally broken and just hanging down and the other had terrible rips. We will not be going back to this theatre until we are certain improvements have been made. The staff moved us when we complained but one of the “new” seats wouldn’t recline at all. Very disappointed"

"Went there to watch Five Nights At Freddy's, the staff was a bit sarcastic but friendly but the security was really helpful and friendly. Even opened the doors for us when we went in and out of the place. It's really pretty on the outside outlet as well as inside the theatre"

"Bought tickets thru the app so just walked right in and found our seats. The theater is nice and I really enjoy the recliner seats! Appreciate being able to reserve my seat ahead of time. We did not get concessions so cannot comment on that. The bathrooms are why the rating is 3 stars. The women's bathroom has doors that will not lock or stay closed. The bathroom just needs an overhaul. Based on my husband's Comments the men's bathroom is even worse. One out of two soap and towel dispensers did not work. Urinals line a wall without dividers or stalls."
