"The McNary Law Firm was used for an automotive accident, and during this process the customer service came across as less than stellar. Lack of communication seems to be what stood out to me the most. Now granted I'm sure my situation wasn't top priority at the firm, however I'm still a client nonetheless. It's only so many times you can call or email and barely get a response before you start feeling neglected. Mr. McNary spoke to me about a settlement that was highly decreased due to the fact the Chiropractor office he referred me to failed to set me up with an appointment in a timely manner. While I would likely not use this Law Firm again, I have heard good things from others about them. He has 4 stars for a reason. Maybe i just came at the wrong time."
