"Shannon the hygienist was so nice! Dr. Henry was great too! The receptionist who got me in after my appointment was canceled is a rockstars! I don’t remember her name but she worked her magic to fit me in after I tried to reschedule and find a day that worked with my work schedule to be seen. I didn’t catch her name but she fit me in on one of the two days I had off! She was so nice and a true star! Thanks Pierpan Staff of Jacksonville! Also wanted to say thank you for serving military families! I had been seen with them when my husband was stationed here 2012 and their was no question that I would be seen by them again when we returned to the area years later! Will be sad to leave them when we move again! Thanks for the great dental care!!"

"Love this office! Front desk staff is the best, the assistants and hygienists and wonderful, and the dentist themselves are so great, caring, and they take the time to educate. I have dental anxiety and the last filling I had done I didn’t need any sedation because of how wonderful the entire staff is. They make me not dread going to the dentist as much as I used to!"

"They have a great staff, aside from dental work they have a treasure chest our kids get to pick items from. Masks are required and you will get your blood pressure and temperature taken. So you know about your health status. They are very professional indeed."
