"Tutor Time on J N Pease in Charlotte is like our second home. The staff, teachers, and other children treat us like family and my daughter absolutely LOVES going to daycare here. Shakita, Tasha, Cameca, Ashley, Brandy, Mrs. Susan, Mr. Sylvester, and so many others - everyone is so amazing and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The quality of the facility/toys, food and meal prep, teachers, lesson plans, safety, and cost are all incredible. Thank you, Tutor Time!"

"I had so many issues in a 2 week spand. My child has never attended day care and she's 2 so I wanted this to be a pleasant experience for her. If I could give the daycare 0 stars I would. My child was not feed multiple times. My child was missed treated by her teacher assistant. My child was yanked by the arm and I watched the teacher purposely not give my child a snack. After two complaints I was told that that teacher was fired. Thechild log in that tells me when she sleeps, eat and potty would report on days she wasn't even there. Makes me feel like you don't even know who's who. The teacher sent my child outside with no coat on in 40 degree weather and put it on another child. Blamed me and said I put it in another child cube. The assistant manager of the daycare attitude is disgusting made multiple complaints about her attitude and I was told that it happens in the past. Seems to me they hire anyone. After paying the new student fee I wanted a refund because my child only attended daycare for 8 days with so many issues. I was told I could get my money back never did. Staff is just terrible especially the assistant manager!!"

"I Love this school because of the Awesome Teachers who have unconditional Love for the children!!! My son has been here since he was 6 months old and now he just Graduated from the PreK program!! The Director and management team are awesome as well!! Very loving staff!!!"

"Great experience from day one. My son learned so much in the time he was there. Great communication and never had to wonder what was happening with my son. Everyone was pleasant and personable. The staff there is amazing. Ms. Susan, Ms. Susan I wish we could bring her with us to "big school" lol ... Amazing teacher! Truly loves the children and what she does. I would definitely recommend Tutor Time (Charlotte)."

"My family had a wonderful experience here. My twins attended for two years and they learned so much being there. They also took the time to potty trained my kids. The staff are amazing! The communication is frequent and clear. You can tell everyone there loves children. I cannot say enough positive things about the director and the teachers who truly care about my kids. I would highly recommend Tutor Time."
