"We only stayed a night but we were impressed. It was very easy to book the room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk staff. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Our dog Molly gives the couch 5 stars! Bringing Molly with us was a source of stress for us but once we were there it was easy to get her situated. The complimentary breakfast was nice too! It is also reasonably priced, especially how beautiful and clean the hotel is. Whenever we return to Charlotte, this is where we are staying."

"A truly great stay from Denise being so friendly at check in to Gerald the shuttle driver just being plain helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Nice quiet hotel with a comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Breakfast was more than adequate and the muffins and coffee were especially good. One of the better staffed and well-equipped Hampton Inns and is highly recommended for a nice hotel stay near the Charlotte airport. It is obvious that ownership cares about their guests as they have gone to the trouble to hire the best staff that you could hope to find. Will stay here again and encourage you to give it a try as well."

"Hotel itself was fine. Decent room. Do NOT rely on their airport shuttle service by any means. They only have one shuttle and the schedule is extremely unreliable. Waited at the airport for over an hour before it came (the hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the airport). Heading back to the airport, we were told to schedule with the front desk and to “be there 10 minutes early as the shuttle departs on the dot.” What a joke, we scheduled for 9:30am and lo and behold, no shuttle. One didn’t arrive until nearly 9:50 and didn’t depart until 10am. We were almost late for our flight. Honestly would’ve given a better review if they just didn’t bother providing a shuttle service at all. At least I would’ve arranged for my own transportation ahead of time. By the way, you’re probably better off going with ANY OTHER airport hotels in the area as we saw plenty of their shuttles come and go at the airport."

"Decent Hampton Inn experience. It's combined with a Tru in the same building which is a little confusing, I met one guy who couldn't find his room because he was in wrong half of hotel. Staff was nice, breakfast was okay standard Hampton breakfast. Room was very large and plenty of outlets but with odd layout - TV did not face either bed or couch and no way to move it, closet was in the bathroom. Lobby coffee station had no tea except decaf and there was no tea at all in my room. Don't stay here without a car as there is absolutely nothing around the hotel, not walkable at all, you have to drive a few miles to get to fast food, drugstore, grocery etc. I had a car so no problem. Although hotel seems in the middle of nowhere it is only a few miles from uptown, good location if you like quiet. P.S. I see by reading other reviews that 8 months ago someone said they saw bedbugs in Room 505 which happened to be room I was also in. I did NOT see or experience any bugs during my stay in that room."

"Our family of 4 stayed overnight, after attending a game at Bank of America Stadium. This place was perfect for us. We were close enough to drive 15 mins to the stadium but far from the hustle and bustle around it. The staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. Parking and breakfast were complimentary, which we couldn't find with the hotels surrounding the stadium. There was some noise from the airplanes, due to being in close proximity to the airport. But, it wasn't terrible. Overall, it was a great one night stay. We'd stay here again."
