They’re friendly without being over the top “sales persony”. Store is well organized, clean, and easy to shop. My daughter always finds (too many) items here to purchase every time. Brianna and Jamie are the best!"

"I shop at this Plato’s atleast once a week but most of the time it’s more!! Ashton & Amina are my favorites but all of the staff are amazing including the owner!! They’re quick to help you style your pieces and are always so friendly!! They have great quality items that don’t really seem used at all! A lot of the things I buy still have the merchant tags! Shopping at thrift stores can be tricky especially when it comes to shoes & purses but they take care to make sure their items aren’t worn and that is amazing!! It’s nice to feel good in top brands even when you can’t afford them at the retail price!!! I go to Plato’s all over the south and my Chattanooga location is by far my favorite!!! Shop with them!!! You won’t regret it❤️"

"A worker here named Emma was very rude to me and my friend while we were trying to check out. She is blonde with red hair. She and her friend were making fun of me and my friend. They were laughing at us and staring quite aggressively. As I went to check out she would not help me with my card issues and was initially very rude about it. We will not be coming back."

"I just brought two boxes of clothes including unworn items, items which had been worn maybe once, and really good vintage jeans(several of which I literally bought here, wore once, and out grew them, all in perfect condition). While I was walking around the store waiting for them to look through it I noticed a skirt ripped in several places and they honestly had nothing good. Then they don’t accept even one piece of clothing from my two boxes because of “wear”. Ridiculous. Not to mention 90% of the store is cheap shien clothes."
