"I didn’t know what I was looking for when I walked in and even though it was 10 minutes until closing, (even though, after seeing what time they closed and saying that I would come back another time that wasn’t at closing time, I was patiently helped and shown the pros and cons of different items. Any question I asked was answered in a way you wish every establishment would. The other places in town lost my business because this is the place I will be returning to from now on. This isn’t just an ‘outdoors’ store that happens to sell certain gear with a 16 year old doing the talking….The people that worked in this store walk the walk and go out and know what they are doing. Also, I am a ‘hobbyist’ and not in the trade professionally so I am not the most versed on all aspects of climbing and was relieved that while browsing the store they weren’t snobby at all and patient with my questions and made me feel like I can come back and learn as I go"
