With an Attitude who informed me even though they have a sign that says Same Day Delivery that they couldn't deliver my sofa nor did he offer any options to "help" me get my newly purchased sofa home. And while me and my girlfriend were outside signing loan forms he actually locked up the store and was going to run to the store down the block! The next day I went back in to cancel the order and his attitude was worse and I and told him that I would like a copy of the cancelation form and he informed me that He doesn't print forms! That Sale was lost not so much because of the delivery issues but because of the Customer Service Issues!"
