"This lady will rip you off. My mother took a pair of shoes in to be repaired, all Patti did was slap some glue on the shoe, we could have done that at home! She wanted it repaired not a temporary fix. I took a pair of shoes in to get the strap repaired and boy it was a shotty job. They broke again the first time I wore them and the prices are through the roof. To pay $10 each to get some glue on a shoe and a half done strap repair is RIDICULOUS !!!"
