"Went through the drive thru before work, ordered on the app, got the food, drove to work to eat before clocking in, asked for NO onions, open the wrapper and can smell the onions before looking. I then take the burger apart to discover an entire cheese layer of onions and the bottom of the burger coated as well. I took pictures. Went back to ask what could be done (I work afternoons, so I didn't get back til this morning) only to be told they can't fix the issue until lunch time. And that it was a simple error of the cook obviously. Well, the fries were cold as well, so does the burger maker, make the fries too? Not going back, and I've gone to this McDonald's since I was a kid, I'm done."
