"I have had the worst experience with this place least a TV and bought a mattress at the same time and they were posted a daughter both the same day at the same time and I spent hours waiting for my mattress to show up after they brought the TV and I have a very bad back I cannot stand or sit very long and I had to all day because they took their sweet time bringing the mattress I paid for in full and then two weeks later and more issues when I called and complained about the TV making strange noises they didn't want to pick it up to get it fixed so I sent it back and told then I was not continuing my lease and top it off I had to go buy my own remote for TV what's your customer should not have to do and the mattress has a big hole in it it surely was not worth the money I paid for it. Update now they want me to contact them so they can figure things out what they done wrong no I will not if you can't figure out what you done wrong that means you're not doing your jobs good enough to even know what you done wrong"

"I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years.....the staff at your wilkesboro location is top notch! Outstanding customer service during the entire process from initial questions to delivery. The gentleman I spoke with during my visit to the store....Cody Nico...something, was a joy to be around. Very funny and personable and store manager Tiffany was great getting delivery set up. I will be coming back to them simply for the service I received. Thank you again!"

"This place isn't even worth 1 star. They are hideous since management changed. I have never been so disrespected. Every account I have ever had there, I have paid off. That doesn't matter to the new manager. She is HATEFUL. I had issues with a washer and her answer was in a nutshell to return it. She says she offered to help me, but encouraging me to return it and repeatedly telling me it wasnt gonna work for me is not my kind of help. She scheduled the pick up, and hung up on me. I will NEVER go back to that God awful place!!!"
