"Food and service is always great. I cant think of anything that needs corrections but I also haven't tried the whole menu. I think the place could use a little pep however. Music or a bit of Italian flare! Definitely could use uniform outfits for the staff to match the quality of food being served ."
"Delicious food & great staff. Way better than the Olive Garden! They don’t have a staff shortage like all the other restaurants. We’ve not been disappointed This will be our new place to frequent with friends and family. Original post 1 year ago. This post I had to change it because the prices have increased $5 & the portions have gotten smaller & the cake is $6 a slice. What?"
"Our first time at this restaurant was fantastic! When we walked in, a kind lady welcomed us, and we were seated right away. Our server was really attentive, and the food was amazing. I ordered a big Meat Lovers Calzone, and it was even made to look like a face for Halloween, which I thought was a cool touch! It was seriously the best calzone I've ever had. My wife went for the Fried Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and she loved it too. We're definitely coming back to make this our new favorite Italian restaurant!"
"When we arrived on Sunday (07/23/2023), it was moderately busy. We preferred a booth for the 3 of us but agreed to sit where the host placed us. Tables are small. We ordered our drinks, my husband’s drink came and had plastic particles in it, he requested another drink, understandably. We ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer, they were a little tough, the marinara sauce was good. There were no plates brought for the appetizer. We dealt with it. My husband and I ordered the pizzaboli, and our daughter had a cheese pizza. The pizza crust was soggy and the Stromboli had little pepperoni and no sauce inside. The sauce was in a dish on the side with no spoon to dip it out with. The kicker was, the waitress asked if we wanted drink refills before our food came out. (Like of course, we were going to need more drinks.) Our food came out to the table, with no plates. We had to ask for them. What restaurant makes you ask for plates? That’s not kosher with us. After explaining our experience with the young man at the register and his apathetic attitude, I really don’t think we will ever be back."
"Unfortunately this visit did not live up to the expectations we had going in. After a brief wait we were seated, it was very busy with most tables being full. We started looking at the menu and my wife and I decided to order specials, Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Spinaccolli Alfredo, about $18 each. The kids opted for cheese pizza. We also order the cheese sticks and garlic knots. The kids liked their pizza, they're easy enough to please. I will say the pizza was really good. Unfortunately, my chicken dish w not great. The chicken was overcooked and was hard but the pasta was good and the flavor was alright but could use some more seasoning. My wife's Shrimp Scampi was strongly lemon flavored, not just a hint, like a lot, which for me made it hard to enjoy. We should have just stopped there but decided to get dessert which was the "icing on the cake". Our waiter listed a few choices and explained they had a cabinet to choose from which I initially didn't understand but should have investigated. We chose to do the cheesecake and Baclava. When it arrived, my wife took a bite of the slice of cheesecake and had to immediately discard. The cheesecake had turned and was "sour" to taste as if fermented. The Baclava was so hard we couldn't even eat it. We explained it to the waistaff and they said they removed it from the bill but we still ended up paying over $80 for a meal that involved a dessert that could have made us sick..... The owner sitting near the register seemed uninterested in the fact that our dessert was inedible. There is better food for less. If you eat here, beware the dessert and avoid."
