From the moment I stepped into the store, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and respect towards customers. First and foremost, the employees were incredibly rude. Instead of greeting me with a friendly and helpful attitude, they seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I approached them with my request, they barely acknowledged my presence and made me feel like an inconvenience. To add insult to injury, despite confirming over the phone three days prior that they had my size in stock, it turned out they didn't. This lack of inventory management and communication is simply inexcusable. I had wasted my time and effort coming to the store based on false information provided by their own employees. It's both unprofessional and disrespectful to mislead customers in such a manner. Additionally, I strongly suspect that the employees are reserving sneakers for themselves or their acquaintances!!! It's highly suspicious that the shoes I was looking for, which were supposedly in stock, mysteriously disappeared when I arrived. The lady I assume was the manager told me there was only a size 9 in stock. After she saw how visible upset I was, a size 10 (the wrong size still) magically appears. This behavior not only demonstrates a lack of integrity but also undermines the trust customers place in the store. Overall, my experience at Foot Locker was nothing short of a nightmare. The rude and unhelpful staff, the false information provided about product availability, and the apparent sneaker hoarding by employees have left me feeling utterly dissatisfied. I would strongly caution anyone considering shopping at Foot Locker to think twice and explore alternative options that prioritize customer service and honesty."
