"The only knock I could come up with is location but it’s really pretty great still. I arrived a little early and they let me right in. Room was small, but for me that was perfect. Ended up leaving some clothes on checkout which I called about and they still had them. Sweet - picked them up the next day. Wonderful staff great hotel!"

"My review is based on the room I stayed on second floor. For the first time staying at this hotel in Charlotte - NC. The front desk personnel were great and pleasant. The room was clean and well kept, bed was comfortable, clean and very relaxing. They will do your room and change towels every three days only but will do more often up request. Their breakfast is very basic but good quality and fresh. The location is extremely good with a lot free parking. There is not a 24 hs front desk. It closes at 9:00 PM and you will need a magnetic key to have access to the building. Elevator work good and is available to all floors. There was only one thing that I did not liked: the two magnetic keys for my room and entrance door had to be re-magnetized three times because it stopped working. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Nice hotel with nice staff. It appears to have been renovated in maybe the last year. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our time at this hotel. Clean hotel and property, convenient location and very reasonably priced. Nice breakfast area, (but no eggs, sausage, etc.) We would definitely stay here again."

"This is the ultimate hidden gem! Recently had a complete remodel-everything is brand new (elevator needs a little help, but I just used the stairs and BAM! new again). Morning shift front desk gentleman (Charles, I believe) is the most cool calm & collected man I've met in the hotel industry (recently drive across America). I don't know how long they'll be able to hold on to the budget friendly price or the newness... some guests seemed really disrespectful. I lived here for about a month as I gained an apartment from moving from the West Coast."
