"This Courtyard met my expectations. I was a little worried from all the recent negative reviews but the room was clean and had decent amenities and nice views of Uptown. There was even a white noise generator in my room. I rated the room 4 stars because some wear and tear was noticeable. I had minimal interaction with staff but they were nice and helpful when I did interact with them. The hotel seems to be in a great location near many things to see, do and eat. It’s a game of chance sometimes with hotel rooms. I was fortunate to have a positive experience with this one."

"Unfortunately I have to give this hotel a 1 star review, the hotel itself was good and the rooms were clean. But our car was broken into and things were stolen, the hotel knew that these incidents were happening and no one informed us. A lady from front desk inform us that this has happened before and every frequently! Trucks and luxurious vehicles are being targeted! PLEASE DONT PARK IN THE GARAGE!!!"

"The staff, every single person I encountered, have been the most unwelcoming group that I have met in quite sometime. They act like you are a bother to them and that they’d rather see you be gone or that they’d rather be somewhere else. If you’re that miserable of a person perhaps you need to rethink things. Especially when someone is being appropriately kind and considerate to you. The hotel location was the only redeeming factor here."

"Had to change rooms three times because the charging ports and USB were not working. Stayed in last room because finally found a room that had working charging ports even though the the shower was falling off the wall. For the price you are better at another hotel. Asked to be contacted about all the issues and nothing at all, no follow up at all. Service while there was good, the employees tried to do the best they could with what they had."
