"This place is a joke. We landed at the airport and got notified our room was cancelled. Then had to go there, get a piece of paper to bring to a different hotel (yes in 2024 we had to go get a piece of paper there first) and then they wouldn’t cover our shuttle in the morning back to the hotel as we had our shuttle to the port booked through the hotel that cancelled our room. Avoid at all cost, just save business."

"Front desk staff was friendly. Room was OK. My issue is with housekeeping. A group of managers from my company were booked ryp stay in the Fairfield side of the hotel for 1 or 2 nights, this past Monday and Tuesday. I checked out the next morning, for an 8am session and realized later in the evening that I'd left my robe on the back of the bedroom door. So I called the hotel and housekeeping was gone for the day, but someone from.housekeeping would call me back today. I ended up called back and asked again, for someone to locate my ribe before I left town today. To shorten the story, nobody could find my Soma Intimates Robe that was hanging on the back of the bathroom door! Really??? Moral od the story, Do NOT leave anything of ANY value in your room!! God forbid you forget anything!! The housekeeping staff apparently likes to steal!! And I'll be sure to let my company know to book us in another hotel chain for the next leadership event!!"

"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel because my daughter had an interview in close proximity to this hotel. The check-in process went very smoothly. The front desk attendant was very professional and ensured we had all the information that we needed. The hotel is adjoined to the Renaissance Inn but has its own check-in area. The area surrounding the hotel is kept clean. The inside and the rooms are also clean and well maintained. The bed was significantly comfortable. We slept very well and felt rested. The shower was refreshing and the hot water remained hot for the entire shower. There is an iron and an ironing board available in the room. There is also a refrigerator but no microwave in the room. We planned on trying their breakfast in the morning, but due to our schedule, we were unable to experience their breakfast. We only spent one night at this hotel, but we had an enjoyable visit."

"We have stayed at this hotel about 10 times when we visit our son on the south side of Charlotte. We have never been disappointed. The room is always clean and staff is very friendly. This location is definitely better than most from our many stays."

"Tito Hernandez is an amazing manager of this Fairfield By Marriott location. His friendliness and respectful and helpful manner is GREAT . I have stayed here before and stayed on the weekend of 11/2/2023 and with the service provided this will always be the place I stay when in Charlotte North Carolina. Tito’s management is apparent with the attitude and friendly and helpful manner provided by all the staff here. Ashley was at the desk when I checked in and also gave the great excellent service. I highly recommend staying here."
