"I just left Rack Room Shoes in Huntersvilles on Sam Furr Road. I told the lady what I wanted (water resistant skid resistant for work). She showed me the selection and left. After that she walked by me not offering to see if I found anything I was looking for or anything. The lady at the cash register did the same thing. She came out on the floor and asked several other people that were in there: Have you found what you’re looking? Let me know if I can help? I even asked her if she was going by me because she helped and she ignored me. I found what I was looking for but I didn’t like the attitude. So I left."

I was going to get her 2 pairs and needed to order them. : 1 pair Hey dudes & 1 pair of birkensock sandels and this middle aged thin ride nasty assistant mg I made myself very clear to my daughter and other staff, we will never step foot in this store again. I also made it very clear to the assistant mgr as well and we walked out. I hope this gets to the regional mgr and they reach out because this experience was ridiculous."

"One of the better Rack Room shoes location in the Charlotte area. Staff were friendly and helpful during my visit. Shoes were stocked in both kids section and men’s. They did not have a certain size, I needed for shoes and they were able to order them with FREE shipping. I received the shoes in 2 business days since the Rack Room distribution center is located in Charlotte."
