"I went to the store on a Friday night with my Fiancé. We needed to get a suit for our upcoming wedding; along with a group code for the groomsmen. We were greeted very quickly by the Sales Associate; Curtis Carter. And let me just say how much we appreciated all of his help! We went in with a color in mind of suit, but also pretty blind with all we needed for a complete wedding look. Curtis took the time to explain each part and also helped set us up for such an amazing final look. He set up the group code easily, and even told us the timeline and process of ordering/alterations/final. Once we had everything we needed we were about to leave but asked Curtis what the final price would be for everyone. He said he’d get the price and have someone call us tomorrow as he was off on Saturday. Totally fine with us. We had only been driving 5 minutes after leaving and Curtis had actually called us immediately and gave us the price. He went above and beyond what we ever expected! Thank you Curtis!"

"Was just in there not sure if he was the manager but felt like he really didn’t want to help me I told him I don’t know my measurements and thought he would have said ok let’s figure that out and then look for a suit which didn’t happen, he would just pick something and say try that on and walk away not to help anyone else to just take merchandise out a box. It wasn’t a great experience and I wouldn’t spend my money in a place that makes me feel so uncomfortable and unimportant when I’m trying to find a great suit for my promotion in a Bank so I guess I will try other suit stores or go 20 miles cross town to hopefully get better service and experience"

"Absolutely horrrible customer service. Stay away. I have bought numerous items from here. Associate Brian was extremely rude. He told me 3 times that they were closing at 6 which I already knew. At 5:40, 5:45 and at 5:50. He was very pushy telling me to make my final decisions multiple times. I understand business hours. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. This place needs better customer service."

"Customer service is harder to gauge on the phone so I decided to visit the store in person the next day. Rude and short in person also? Check. When you're pretty much the only show in town you can have that kind of demeanor. I bet the chat feature (if they have one) is a blast. Hope your experience is better."

"I wish I would’ve read some of these comments before I went in. There were two employees helping out a white customer, I walked around the store for about 15 minutes and neither of the employees acknowledged my presence. One in particular seemed to be trying to avoid eye contact with me, as if she would be forced to assist me if she did. The only two employees in there were both busy helping the only other customer in there, who happened to be white, but after reading the comments that seems to be a common theme at this store."
