"My first experience in this store. I just moved here from DC. I actually expected much better service. I had to carry around nine clothing items before someone helped me and that was when I was waiting outside a dressing room. I needed a different size and had to get it myself. I’m hoping it was just an unusual day. I had such a wonderful woman at the Pentagon City Mall that always helped me and if they didn’t have my size she would order it for me and have it shipped. I will be doing that myself now."
