"Played right as it got dark. The lighting is not good and affected my game. Will not play there again at night. The courts are patchy, not sure if that was attempted resurfacing or what, but that also affected a couple line calls. I thought my vision was blurred on one call! I'd only play there again during the day."
"Whippy is a nice park. It offers a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, walking trails and a bathroom."
"We used the shelter and surrounding are for my sons 26th birthday bash and it was great. That particular area is a little secluded from the rest of the park, and it was perfect."
"Nice little park and playground area in a wooded area. Has a normal basic playground and little second playground for one-year-olds, but the rubber turf was the coolest! They actually had the NAME of the park written in the ground of the playground! Never seen that at any park before, and I’ve taken my son to 175 different playgrounds all total now. They also have some trails back in the woods and picnic tables. A fun playground for little kids…"
"This park is nice. It has two play structures, one for older kids and the other for younger kids. It has two bucket swings and two regular swings. The play area is surrounded by a wooden fence and there are benches on each side. The ground is partially padded and the rest is concrete. There is a bathroom and water fountain within walking distance. There are trails and tennis courts. There are lots of trees so it can be shaded depending on where the sun is. There’s a lot of parking surrounding the park also."
