"Beautiful park for a mid January visit. Lots of trails, benches, swings and more. A great spot for your four legged friends too."
"Huge park on the water, tons of places to sit and enjoy the views, there’s lots of paths and this is one place I can say feels very safe to be, there’s tons of parking, a beach, playgrounds, basically everything you could want in a park but add on that it’s extra beautiful."
"A very nice park with a great walkway all the way around in a loop. You can also ride your bike, skateboard scooter etc. on the same path. There are tennis courts, playground and a gazebo. They even have a beach area, however going into the water is not allowed. There are lots of nooks & crannies and of course trees where you hang your hammock for a siesta. You'll often find wildlife buzzing around, with lots of birds, ducks, geese, squirrels, etc. and occasional snake. Plenty of areas with picknick tables and BBQ grills. Overall a great place to come a relax a little piece of nature."
"Every time I come to this park I truly enjoyed it! There’s a beautiful lake view when you walk on pavement. There’s picnic tables and it’s dog friendly as well. I love watching a sunset and taking some pics!! It’s a great place for landscape and portrait photography."
"What a gorgeous park to spend the day at! We were traveling through the state with our travel trailer and stopped at this gem for a couple of hours to stretch our legs and have a meal. We biked around the whole park with my son and he played on the playground, then we had a meal at a picnic table and went on our way. There weren't any parking for RVs but we found a spot to park at. We loved it so much that we stopped here on the way home as well."
