"Leafspring is an amazing childcare establishment. My child joined the infant room when Leafspring opened in 2021 and they are now in the 2+ class known as Yellow Willows. From the very first day, all of the teachers, admins, and staff have been very supportive and caring. The staff provides regular communication via email or the app so as a parent I always feel connected. With any daycare/preschool there has been some turnover but Leafspring has does a good job of not letting turnover disrupt my child. If an issue arises they are resolved promptly. Programs such as Spanish and Music are an added value to my child's education. I believe Leafsprintg provides an environment where my child can thrive, have fun, and learn."
"Let me start by saying there are some great teachers here that we've had experience with at another center. We were so thrilled to start, but were met with a rotating door of teachers, some whose tactics included barking orders, yelling, arguing and shaming in an effort to get the children to comply. After never having a behavioral issue for the 2 years he's been in group daycare, he was put on a behavioral plan shortly after joining. 95% of the things he was written up for (hitting, throwing, etc), I noticed other children doing in the 10 minutes I was in the center for the day, often while we were walking in, before he even got there. They'd complain that he would refuse naps, diaper changes, cleaning up toys and made it seem like they were clueless on how to resolve the behavior like they've never received any opposition from a toddler before. He's come home with a soaking wet diaper and urine running down his leg, later learning they weren't changing his diaper when he refused. That's NEGLECT! Instead of trying to control the classroom, they gaslit multiple parents in to thinking their children were the problem, probably because they can't afford to lose any more teachers. The teacher was extremely biased. We felt like ghosts walking in to the classroom in the morning. Nobody greeted us. They openly acted as though my child was a nuisance. What do you think that does to a 2 year old who is looking to be accepted? Their expectation is your child behaves like a Stepford child at 2 years old to deal with a staff that's unequipped to handle a classroom of toddlers."
"We joined LeafSpring as soon as they opened and have had many wonderful experiences. We have been so fortunate to have our daughter (2) in the classroom with Ms. Pam, Ms. Keishaun and Ms. Trina this year! They are incredible teachers who are deserving of so much respect and adoration. Last year, our son was in the classroom with Ms. Joy who is also an absolute gem of a teacher. LeafSpring has been incredibly fortunate to have some amazing members of their teaching team and I hope they continue to retain and celebrate these exceptional educators!"
"Our son loves the Orange Blossoms classroom with Ms. Pam, Ms. Trina, and Ms. Keishaun. He is loved, cared for and truly gets to be a kid in this classroom! There is also lots of enrichment, including music, which our son loves. All three teachers are very responsive and communicate well. The owners are present on a weekly basis and the entire staff is attentive to our needs. We are thankful for the staff at LeafSpring who take great care of our son!"
"Our son loves LeafSpring and his teachers in the Orange Blossoms class - Ms. Pam, Ms. Keishaun, and Ms. Trina! The space is beautiful, the teachers and assistants are wonderful, and our kiddo is learning so much. When we mention school, our son excitedly responds with “SCHOOL TODAY!” It makes us very happy that he loves LeafSpring so much. Highlights of our time there include summer “camp” 2022, the winter holiday pageant, and music class!"
