Reviews
"Kinder care is no longer willing to honor Daycare pricing agreements, teachers are constantly calling out, classrooms are either closed due to staff shortage or having to close early. Here recently it appears they care more about their money than they do about the Family’s to have their children there. So far nothing has been done to make the issues better."
"This location constantly closes because they are short staffed. And the new School Director Connie is not very friendly. She just brushes off parents and, acts like she doesn't want to speak with parents."
"I’m writing the review to help maintain the safety of our kids. Initially starting, I developed a positive relationship with this daycare and the staff until all of them quit or were gone. Two months later, I started to noticed issues with staff, kids being ignored and crying, kid to staff ratio always off, sign in sheets outdated, and the parent portal tracker inconsistently was updated. Then the center started closing early randomly and sending messages that kids needed to be picked up; so I had to leave work several times. They also had more closure days due to staff shortages but wants you to still pay for the full week. There’s days I have dropped my daughter off looking for a staff person because all of the classes would be empty without teachers. I’ve walked in the building once before to pickup my child and found her in another classroom (not her assigned room) asleep on the floor, alone, without a staff person in the room. There started to be different teachers/staff every other day. No introductions of who they are in-person or confirmation that I’m the parent that should be picking up my child. The office is empty most of the days so you can’t even ask questions or address anyone in person. There is never anyone sitting at the front desk to ensure safety either. The last straw, I witnessed my child being physically pushed down to the ground by another kid unprovoked and it was not addressed by the teacher in the classroom. Along with 4 kids crying in the classroom while I look through the glass window that the staff has her back turned to the kids and on her cellphone."
"By far the worst. They are constantly closing for this, that, and the other. I have had to take my daughter to work with me because of closures. My wife has missed multiple days of work because of the same issues. And on top of that, I now have to pay for days that my child isn't even going because they are closed for the holidays. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for a job they aren't even doing."
"If you want TRULY reliable care do not use Kindercare!!! BEWARE, you will get random phone calls while at work or to your emergency contacts to tell you to pick up your child for NO VALID REASON. Our kid had a scar on his leg for two weeks no one said anything until today they contacted everyone like it was an emergency and said they wanted a doctors note to say it was not contagious?? which obviously was NOT, and that he had to be picked up immediately. Events like this has happened many times, they make up bogus fevers and disease where they basically force you to leave work to pick up the child for whatever reason comes to mind and still expect you to PAY THE FULL WEEK. Very unprofessional and WATCH what you sign because if you want OUT you can't either! They don't even let the kids outside to play everyday because "It's too hot"!!!"
