"We pulled in and hit the order button. Waited, waited a little more, then waited some more, and no one took our order. The car next to us pulled in, and their order was taken and was being delivered as we were pulling off without getting to place our order. Very poor service"

"It's not that hard to follow a drink order I ordered a route 44 coke zero extra real cherries and extra ice ... I got light ice cherry syrup which I hate no real cherries. I think for now on I'll go to the other side of town. They did fix my order after she tried to bring me a cup of ice with a couple of cherries I said no I want my order right dude."

"I will say that I will never go back to this location. If I could give no stars I would. I waited for almost 15 mins to get my order taken then the girl taking my order was rude and rushing me, I feel like she said an E or A name like Emma or something. she talked kinda fast so i cant be sure and with each thing I ordered it seemed like it was an issue as she kept saying anything else or what else like are you for real? Customers are why you have a job and if you don't wanna be respectful then don't work in customer service! She hurried me like rushing me to hurry up and end my ordering. I only ordered 3 meals and it took another 15-17 minutes for my food to come out and it wasn't very busy. The car hop was no better, I think female but not sure, they had light short hair and wore shorts and she/he rushed to push the food at us and I just left but when I got home my order was wrong and the food was not fresh. The chicken was hard and dried out, tots were hard and my son's fry was not full and were limp and floppy, burger was made wrong too. I won't ever go to this sonic again. I'd rather drive 30 mins to Kingsport to get better service! Oh and it reeked of pot near the stall I was at which was near the back of the building towards the bathrooms and it was coming from an employee. While waiting on my food, I saw a man in his car, windows opened and I started smelling marijuana smell, and once he got out his car, I saw a sonic shirt and put 2 and 2 together! I'm surprised that Sonic allows their employees in uniform to smoke weed on the property on the clock or not. Maybe this company isn't a place I wanna spend my money, I mean what if my kid had been with me and I had to explain to a 6 year old what that smell was. I'll never come to this sonic again or possibly any sonics again!"

"The cheesecake milkshake was delicious. But we had to wait a long time to get service, there were only 3 cars parked, that is including ours. Our server was very nice. It makes me sad that there is not an option to leave a tip when paying with a credit card. Most people do not carry cash, and that is a disservice for their employees. They need to get with the times."
