"I have never left a restaurant review, but wanted to for this occasion. We decided to stop here for lunch last week during our road trip. We were blessed with the BEST service we have ever received. The rueben and the shrimp bowl were delicious. Our server Natalie went above and beyond everything we were expecting. She’s the real deal!! Would come back just for the service. We will be back!"

"First visit to Beef O'Bradys in Johnson City Tennessee on Boones Creek Road. Three of us first timers to this restaurant and it will not be the last visit! Seated quickly, fast service by the waitress with drinks and taking our orders. I ordered the Cuban sandwich with fries, my wife ordered the Philly with a side of broccoli, our friend kept it simple with a burger and fries. Food came out as ordered and hot. Note to self split the Cuban sandwich with my wife, big enough for two people. Had hoped for photos of the others meals but they got right down to eating, lol. Looking forward to our next visit to this restaurant."

"Lots of menu choices but kitchen's execution is inconsistent. Reuben was fine. Nashville Hot Chicken was a fail. Menu bragged it tossed in hot sauce. My sandwich arrived WITHOUT any sauce, no sweet-sour Nashville tang. Disappointing. And careful with beer glasses. They dribble from the bottom onto your shirt & pants. Glasses have a bottom fill hole that doesn't seal well with the gimmicky magnetic disc that's added to your drink. (Yuck)."

"We went for dinner while our kids were at church. We ordered nachos and a bowl chili. After nearly an hour I asked to have it to go since we had to pick up our kids. This is when they said they had no chili and they hadn't even started our meal. Then we get it to go, I get to the car and open the box to take a bite and find just chips. Another box had all the parts. It was a deconstructed nachos. I had to go home and put it together and make them myself. I am incredibly disappointed. I will say that the waitress was very sweet and at least kept our drinks full for the hour we were there."

"It was Seat yourself, but took awhile for server to realize we were there (restaurant virtually empty) Brought wrong drink, slow to refill Server was nice, but almost like we were an afterthought The food was great and the portions generous. We will return. Hopefully yhis was just an off-night"
