"Attempted 4 times since April 20, 2020 to reach Charlotte Credit Manager regarding credit application for family electrical business. I left two voicemails; one on April 20th and one on April 22nd. Both times it went right into voicemail. After calling the office on April 23rd, I was given another contact name and phone number; this individual answered my call right away and provided answers to my questions. I emailed her and the Charlotte Credit Manager minutes later with required documentation. I heard nothing. I emailed Charlotte Credit Manager again on May 4th inquiring about the status of our credit application. I still have yet to hear anything. As a result, the owner of the business will be making a phone call to the office tomorrow to report our numerous attempts. We have other accounts at other supply houses in the Charlotte area. They have been open and gracious to accept our business. Not impressed."
