"I wanted to share the experience I had here to give people a heads up on what to expect. I visited the shop twice in search of a STIHL chainsaw. The first time I visited I was in the store was roughly 4 months ago just to peek at the prices and see what parts they might have in stock if I made my purchase there. I was never approached nor asked if I need help. The second time was roughly 2 months ago when I was seriously shopping for a chainsaw and had cash in my pocket. I walked in with a friend and approached the desk to ask if what they had on display was all they had, the young man behind the counter simply just pointed at the display. I shrugged it off and walked over found a similar model I was interested in, then again approached the desk. This time a younger woman at the counter was on her phone and seem to pretend not to see me. I humbly asked if I could get some help and she responded with " that's all we got". I do not know much about customer service, but I was raised to be polite and these interactions drove me away from this business. Not interested in tearing down the business, just hope they take a moment to look in the mirror on the being little more friendly."

"The staff is NOT friendly. They don't acknowledge you at all until you come to the register. Even then I got vibes like they would rather I not be there. To make it weirder I've been there with my dad who was a farmer and guys will come out the office to talk with him and make sure he finds what he needs. Since they didn't recognize me as his daughter they had this exclusive membership type attitude like I wasn't supposed to be there. Guess I'm not a real farmer since they don't know me or something. Other than that they had a reasonable selection and decent prices. My parents have dealt with them for decades for farm equipment and lawnmowers and they've been good. I've always noticed the attitude though when I come in with my mom as opposed to my dad. It isn't appreciated and makes me dread going. There's not much worse than feeling like you're unwanted."

"In the past I have had fast efficient service. My lawn mower was picked up 3 weeks ago, with no status update or any communication. Nobody answering the phone and you cant leave a message for a return phone call. When I first called the week it was picked up, they stated they were two weeks behind, my thought was why pick it up then. I have had to pay to have my grass cut and this is just ridiculous poor customer service."

"Great service.. was checking out the lawnmowers and a very nice young lady came out, answered all of my questions about 2 different models. Will definitely be back. Hopefully to purchase this time."
