"Glenn was so kind and went out of his way to help me!"

"Boys working in Advance Auto Parts are not helpful. A message appeared on my dashboard saying my tire pressure was low. The boy was talking with another boy that worked there and had to finish his conversation before wasting my time. I wanted to know what possible reason my tire pressure message came on, because I hadn’t run over anything sharp, and what I could do to fix it. The boy told me to put air in my tire. I already knew that and told him so. Then he tells me to do it at a gas station. Again I knew that. I just needed to know how I could identify the tire because none of them looked flat and how to put the air in it since I have never done it before. Luckily a gentleman that worked there explained to me what I needed to look for and showed me how to go about putting air in my tires."

"GLEN PITTMAN! Awesome employee he saved the day for my cousin and I otw to Charlotte to catch a flight. We ran over a nail, went to several tire shops no one could help. We went advance auto and he helped my cousin plug the tire. Life saver!"

"Associate GLEN PITTMAN! Had a flat tire from running over a nail, went to several tire places and I didn’t have the lug nut key to take the lug nuts off so I went to advance to see what I could do. Thank God for Glen Pittman, awesome young man sold me a patch repair kit and showed me how to patch it myself. He helped me all the way. I made my flight safely and I thank God for Glen and advance auto store!"

I know it wasn’t his job to check the fluids , fill it up, or even do as much as he did. But, he did it and we are grateful for this gentleman.
