"The workers are real nice and helpful"
"Second time there in 2 days the same woman was very helpful and helping me locate my item.. wasn't too busy fully stocked I love that store"
"Nothing on the shelf. They never stock shelves. They have been put of a certain item that i use for 3 weeks now. They need to get rid of the group of people that come in and change things around. What they do is a waste of time and money. They need to get rid of the 1 stock man that they have because he is not worth a dam. Give the employees a raise and keep the shirt and tie people put of the stores. All they do is screw things up. They are a waste of money."
"The manager check me out and never even spoke to us she was on the phone the entire time even with the customer in front of me and then me and never even addressed anything concerning my purchase. When I questioned the extra little piece of paper they get supposed to be with a gift card to prove that you purchased it she said they didn't do that and was very hateful. The worst Dollar General I've ever been to and I will never go back to that one."
"Hours posted open till 9pm. I arrived at 8:30 doors were locked. When the woman unlocked the door she told me "You ain't got to check yo phone, I know what time it is!", and proceeded to lock the door behind me. How rude. Honesty, wouldn't have bothered me so much if I was greeted with a simple, "I'm sorry about that.", or something else more professional. Other times I've visited (afternoon hours) my visit has been fairly well. I will go back, but I'll avoid going later in the evening from now on."
