"Be very careful when you order and expect delivery. If the shipping company doesn’t deliver to your address, they will want you to have a neighbor come get it at a random location at a random time instead of actually delivering to you. And then, if you can’t make arrangements for your order to be picked up, they will want to deduct shipping costs from your return refund."

"This company is the absolute worst. I ordered a door from their website I waited 5 months for it come in when it said it would take two weeks. I waited patiently. I then get the door, it's damaged, and guess what? The wrong size. The rude customer service representatives at the company are unwilling to help or honor my claim and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or owner. I'm apparently out $600 because "they don't take returns on special orders". Dont ever do business with them. I am in contact with the BBB currently. Hopefully I'll get a response from them."

"As a contractor I have done business with this company for years. As a regular customer they emailed me a discount code for 15% off. I used it on the purchase of a sky light. When the invoice did not show a discount I immediately called customer service. They told me they couldn’t do anything till 2 pm when the invoices posts. I called back and found the store had already closed. After leaving a message, my call was returned 2 day later and I was told they could do nothing because they already shipped it. I asked that they run it as a refund and repurchase, like other retailers do. They said, “No”. So I said “ No, to doing business with you.” Good luck liars. Don’t make offers you WON’T keep."

"SAVE YOUR TIME 2.7 stars FOR A REASON!!!! Ordered a few items back in mid September. Card was charged. Was told in mid Oct that my order was planning on being on the November truck. Called today and spoke to Paige. Very rude. Not understanding. Was told that it would be around 6-8 weeks for another truck shipment. She told me she would hang up on me and was over talking me. Asked for the manager and was told that “she” was not in the office. Asked for an email address and said there is only this phone number. Asked for full refund. Very dissatisfied. Save your time and money deal with a more reputable company. Paige was the women on the phone. 1 star!!!"

"I can't believe all the negative reviews on this place! While I was never here in person I ordered from their website online and I ordered the 60-40 split acrylic sink I ordered it one day and it was at my door the next UPS ground and the packaging was impeccable I can't say anything bad about this place right now... I will add another picture once it's installed."
