"Went there today with my daughter - she tried on shoes and needed a half size up (still toddler shoe sizing). No price on shoes, found out shoes were $89.99. They mentioned Foot Locker had the shoe in stock in her size so we walked down to pick them up where we discovered they cost $120 there. When you promise your kid a shoe and it seems to be their fault that the price goes up for needing a larger size, it becomes a really awful day."

"Horrible customer service. They are rude and unfriendly. I've never gotten greeted when walking in there. You also have to chase someone down to help you. The bald guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. They always have an attitude. I would rather go two stores over to Journeys kidz where the customer service is amazing."

"I agree with the person stating this place has poor customer service. I called KFL to follow up on my order that was shipped to the store since I've order them a while ago and heard nothing from them. I was informed by the salesman that my order have been sitting at the store for days. Really???? How come I wasn't aware of this? I asked the salesman if this store had a policy to contact the customer when their orders arrived. The salesman stated yes. I asked why wasn't I notified......of course he didn't know, typical answer. Will be ordering from East Bay."
