"I would like to offer a sincere heartfelt apology to the staff at 02 dental yesterday for posting the bad review. I have severe anxiety about getting dental procedures done and the pain they have caused in the past. Dr. Lee did a masterful job with my extraction yesterday and to my surprise the discomfort really has been minimal. The two times I have been to O2 Dental the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I don't know why my prescription was not at the pharmacy yesterday ( most likely an issue with the pharmacy), but I placed blame where it did not belong and I am so sorry about that."
