"This dentist never runs on time. When you have an appointment based service, I feel it is incredibly important to value the time of your customers/clients. I have been to this dentist twice, and rescheduled twice as much. He must run on limited staff, because each time I have set an appointment they have called me to say the 'hygienist will be out that day, need to reschedule.' Luckily (this most recent time) the Dentist offered to do the cleaning himself.... except he was 50 minutes late and I walked out. The previous time I had an appointment in his office I was there for over two hours and he made me late for work on account. Plus, he stopped taking insurance, so everything is now out of pocket. Not a great impression he left on me. I thought going somewhere that wasn't 'a chain dentistry' would be a great and personalized experience. But I ended up disappointed instead."
