"The staff here is absolutely AMAZING! I came in for a wisdom teeth consult and Dr. Steddum made me feel extremely calm about the entire procedure. Then, once the day came, I walked in feeling calm because I knew I was in good hands! The whole removal took less than an hour, and I was comfortable the entire time. The team assured me I was doing great through the whole procedure which I really appreciated. They provided comprehensive instructions to my caretaker for the day, and I did not have to worry about a thing. "I used to be a patient at the Wake Forest location and was very happy to find this location a bit closer to home located in Brier Creek. The staff here is extremely customer-service oriented and I felt so welcome and at ease. Kristen did a fantastic job getting us scheduled and working with us on dates and times. Tara is a very kind, personable and efficient hygienist. She has a very gentle touch and I did not have any pain during my cleaning. She keeps you very engaged and has a very compassionate manner and listens to the patient. Dr. Shope is very thorough and straightforward and I do not feel like anyone was selling an unnecessary treatment. The office is immaculate and the waiting room is a pleasant space to wait. I am very happy with the cleaning, scheduling and overall experience. They also offer a new patient special and have payment plans to make treatment affordable for those with or without dental insurance. They use high tech technology and are a modern digital practice.
