"Very understanding, professional and caring place. Everyone is so nice and professional from front desk to managers and dentists. Dr Boyd worked on my 5 year old’s teeth and we could not be happier. She did a wonderful job and always listened to my concerns. We loved our experience here."
"We had an amazing experience here. They really know how to care for pediatric patients. We had two dentists turn my 6 year old son down unless he went under full anesthesia in a hospital. The female dentist and the hygienists were amazing with him. He only had nitrous & he was totally fine. They had a pappoose but he didn’t even need it! Barely moved and barely complained. He loved the character art all over the office & the cartoons playing over the exam chair. I am so thankful we finally found someone who knows how to work with young children."
"We took our 5 year old here for a tooth extraction after a failed attempt at another office. She has severe dental anxiety from other bad dental experiences. The doctors and assistants are fantastic! Dr. Boyd was so gentle, is amazing with kids, and extracted the tooth quickly and painlessly. We have also taken our other 2 daughters (4and 2) for routine visits and they were great. We have finally found an amazing pediatric dentist that my kids love :)"
"Oh boy! There is none a star for this place. The customer service is beyond the worst. Their front desk is terrible!!! As I work in the same field, is very unprofessional for this staff to behave and treat patients and parents the way they do. Most of the time they are unkind, hostile and disrespectful. About Doctor I just can say is “good” but also have lack of respect for the time of the patient. My daughter’s appointment was at 8am and they called her at 8:20 and the Doctor appears at 8:40 am! And is not the first time that this happens. I’d been patient because I don’t go often but the last two visits has been a nightmare to deal with these people. In general they have an abysmal poor and unpleasant customer service. Is so uncomfortable!"
"I have a son with special needs (sensory/autism) who has had regular cleanings and a filling done at this office for the past two years. The front desk always remembers that he doesn't like it when the TV's are on so they turn them off when we get there. The hygienists are good and fast. They worked with us when my son was having a hard time at his last cleaning. It's not the fanciest, state of the art building, but it's a good office and we have no complaints."
