"Please don't let your child go here. My child has been a patient here for 2 years. She went in for a cleaning. I ask to go with her but it's a new policy parents aren't allowed back. My kid is 6 years old I thought ok it's a simple cleaning. She came back and they put a loop and band in her mouth without notifying me. I asked to speak to the dentist immediately she told me she consulted with me about. I told her she had not! She lied to my face and then the dental hygienist came up and said it was a mix up. Then they tried to charge me for the procedure. The clinical coordinator is the only one who apologized for the mix up. I never got an apology from the doctor or hygienist. They later told me they wouldn't charge me and remove the loop and band from my kid mouth. Now she is afraid and scared to go to the dentist. I don't think any practice should not allow parents to be with their child. You should reevaluate your practice. This could have been avoid if I was allowed to go with her. I can only imagine what if they incorrectly took out her teeth or performed a major surgery. I will never come back here. I also think the positive reviews are fake. The way I was treated and how the dentist lied to my face that I approved treatment is appalling. The only good thing was the clinical coordinator and how she did try to fix the mistakes that were made. This happened at downtown location but the dentist and hygienist work at both locations"

"Let me start off by saying the only thing that I don’t like about the office is that they will not let you go to the back with your child. I understand some children do better when the parent is not around but my three year is to young to be in the back by himself especially if it something that needs to be done besides cleaning I want to be there. They have a new crew there so the people are not that friendly and they have you waiting for too long to clean your child’s teeth. I also don’t like how they bring your child to the back to sit in a waiting area that they don’t watch your child. So the practice can be better if they had more friendly people and making it an option if the parents want to be with their child."

"I absolutely love this dentist office. They have taken care of my 3 children for at least 10 years now. My youngest was born without enamel on her teeth so we go every 3 months for her. They make it easy, they are the friendliest staff and make it fun for them. I live 45 mins away now and still bring my children to this office. Absolutely the best!"

"I recently took my almost 4 year old daughter to her first dentist visit. CPD made it such a relief and a breeze. I had called several offices to schedule an appointment and this was the first office that accepted my insurance and got me scheduled. We arrived on time and the staff were very friendly. My daughter played while I filled out the paperwork. They welcomed both of us back and gave me the option to sit with her for X-rays but I chose to wait outside the door. Everyone my daughter interacted with was very professional and friendly. My daughter had a great first visit and we will be going back!"
