"This place came highly recommended to me by a dear friend. My child seemed to do well there so I liked it. Until... I found out they do not take dental insurance. I have health insurance that covers 100% of child well checks except they do not take it. My fault for not finding out before the appt and after I had switched plans, however I wish they would have worked with me on $180 bill for a simple check up to a 3 year old teeth (!). Now they want me to pay 6.50 in interest! Terrible."

"My son and daughter had an appointment at the same time. As soon as I walked to the front desk the receptionist had a very unfriendly attitude. When our names were called we followed the nurse to our location and when I looked up all I could see was about 15. Caucasian faces without even a Hello or a how are doing from all except one, and that was the very friendly sweet dental hygenist Kathryn. As time went by I asked Kathryn if there were any black employees or other ethnic groups working there and she said no. And I didn't ask anymore questions. This is a pediatric dentist you want every child and parent to feel comfortable. And I would feel more comfortable, if there were a black person , Latina person or any other ethnic group working there. Because, you have families from all races coming and helping your business grow.."

He is genuinely concerned about their dental health and treats every concern with the utmost importance.My kids are completely comfortable when visiting the office which says a lot.
