"Unfortunately I’m unable to speak on the level of dentistry because the level of service was so poor. I had a medical emergency and was unable to make my new patient appointment that I waited for over 6 months for. When I called in that morning to cancel I also checked to confirm my daughter’s initial appointment for the following week. Minutes later I was called back by a woman named Andy who told me that she was canceling my daughter’s appointment because I had to cancel my own appointment and they would not see either of us as new patients. She then sarcastically threw me a “good luck” as she hung the phone up on me. Thankfully within that 6+ month wait I had already established care elsewhere for the both of us at two separate places - but because we both would be able to be seen at the same place I kept those appointments on the books at this place. I’m so glad I didn’t wait out the 6+ months for oral care or both me and my toddler would be in an awful position right now, for a single incident that only involved my own appointment and not my daughter’s at all. Speaking from a fellow small business owner’s perspective this is the OPPOSITE of customer service, and regardless of the level of care, if customer service doesn’t come first the rest almost doesn’t matter."

Dr. Coggins and his team are professional, thorough, and happy to work with me on insurance co-pays, etc. Did I mention kind and patient? Those, too!!
