"Do NOT SELL to them smh. I brought in THREE huge bags and a big container of clothes some never been worn. Shoes that have never been worn. And they gave $7 lol. Wasted trip. I don't even think they actually went through all of the bags. My first impression was blah."

"I love to shop at Once Upon a Child stores, but this location isn't it. It's small with a small selection. I can hardly ever find what I need or good looking clothes for my boys. I know they are at the whim of what is sold to them, but I can't help but feel like if they had a bigger store that can hold more influx they would be have more of what people are looking for."

"Rude and dismissive staff. Pulled up Temu and showed staff that the Temu hip Carrier they had listed for 20$ was selling online brand new for $8. Offered to pay 10 dollars but they said the price was set. They didn't seem interested in selling the product and instead keeping it on the shelf."

"The place is overall nice.. The prices are reasonable,but you will find somethings that are to pricey, and not the greatest quality.. I have never had an issue. I wish they would buy larger shoe sizes such as 5Y-7Y for the bigger kids.. I have managed to make okay money off my clothing, but you must realize they are trying to make a buck too.."
