"Working with RDK was a pleasure. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the they way they do business. My daughter backed into my son's car pulling out of the driveway. I was turned away or given estimate appointment times 2-3 weeks out from other body shops and major collision centers, especially when they heard I will not be filing an insurance claim for this repair. RDK saw me the same day, gave me an estimate to replace the front bumper and a head light. The estimate was very fair, no extra hidden fees and excessive labor charges. Less than a week later, the parts was delivered and installed!! The paint color matching was perfect. Wow! One very happy customer here! "Absolutely one of the very best customer service and service delivery experiences I've ever had. The father-son duo at RDK were amazingly kind, attentive and communicative. They reviewed my car in detail and gave me an excellent quote and repaired my door and side panel perfectly. I can't even tell where the dents were anymore. I've had bod work done in the past, and one of the sticking points is matching paint color. These guys have have their own paint matching and mixing system and perfectly match my paint with the new work.
