"I have been going to this Jiffy lube since 2015 and two of my cars get the oils change nowhere but here. The place was exceptionally great but it seems something is changing with customer service. I stopped by last night to tap the oil on my car and I was told, they are closing so no issue, I went this morning and as soon as the guys saw me, they recognize I was there to tap the oil. I have no problems to pay but the guy came and said, we don't have the oil for your car and they don't know when they were getting supply. I am baffled, this is an oil change place, and you don't have the oil and you do not when you will get supply. I got the oil from Auto parts and filled my car since the last thing I wanted is an issue with my car. This is my last time to visit this place."

"Waited 20 minutes for oil change this morning for them to tell me they don’t have my oil filter in stock. I drive a 2003 GMC Yukon, and I’ve had my oil changed several times here. Will never come back."
