"Impossible to make an appointment because no one answers! defeats the purpose of free tire rotations. The wait time is also always over 2 hours if you don’t have an appointment. Member service took my name and number down and they still can’t call back."
"I was helped by Anton who was very patient and very knowledgeable, I went in not exactly knowing what I needed to replace my flat and he walked my through sets of tires to help me decide the best price for what I needed. While they worked on my car he pulled me aside several times to show me things that need to be taken care of that I was unaware of. Needless to say I will be going back there for any and all of my tire needs and I suggest you do the same. Would rate higher if I could."
