Brought my car in, car was kept for two weeks with no work done, receptionist dodged my calls (she literally told other receptionists to tell me she wasn't there when she was), finally got the car back after a ridiculously inflated bill, check engine light popped on in two days, brought the car back in, tried to charge me another $800 because they fixed the wrong thing, then mechanic offered to buy the car from me because apparently he could fix it on his own time but not while he was on the clock. I honestly should've sued."

My husband found Keffer six months ago and had a fantastic experience purchasing his Genesis G90. In August of 2022, I ordered a 2023 White Palisade at my local dealer in TN.
