"Went here on December 20th 2023. Recommend firing everyone who was working that afternoon - everyone was on their phones and ended up screwing up several orders and almost made several people late for their flight."

"I was pretty happy to be able to get breakfast anywhere in the airport at 5:15a. Ordered a sausage-and-egg breakfast sandwich. There was a choice of breads. I chose regular sandwich bread - and that was my mistake. I think the biscuit option would have been much better. Toasted white bread doesn't quite work for me as a breakfast sandwich."

"Customer service was subpar. Specifically asked for no tomato on my sandwich, and got tomato. My husband asked for no onion and got onion. We have food restrictions, and cannot eat those two specific things. Also watched the workers touch EVERYTHING & not change their gloves or wash their hands. Gross. Gracie and her coworkers were too busy laughing and messing around to get a simple order right."

"One of the few options inside the airport. Yes, it is expensive. But everything in the airport is. Good luck finding a better value inside any US airport. I had forgotten how good Quiznos was. A nice toasty crunch to the bread, and a good zing from the vinaigrette. Yes, I had the classic Italian sandwich. I did not have any issues at this location. The staff may not have been the most attentive, but neither were they rude. They were efficient and got me out fairly quickly. Thank you for exceeding my expectations for airport food."

This location is one of the restaurant choices inside the Knoxville airport. It is past security and a good choice to get something for your flight. I was leaving on a flight out of the airport and decided to get a sandwich for the flight. As a breakfast option, they have a breakfast Sammie which is an egg on a flatbread. As with most Quizno’s, you order at one part of the counter and pick up at the other. The staff was friendly, the sandwich was reasonable in its cost and it tasted good. The challenge at this location is limited seating at the restaurant but there is lots of seating in the concourse. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at a reasonable price."
