When I tried to call to negotiate so they could provide some type of discount (not even asking for the price I was quoted from Lowes) they would not budge. Not to mention they charged $150 extra for delivery. I normally support small businesses however a small business that tries to double the profit and be greedy will never win."

"Pleasant customer service, overpriced lumber. I needed some 10' white oak boards so decided to go here to get them. What I got were 3 10' boards and a 9'9" board. I recognize that is pretty close but I was very clear I needed the boards to be 10' for my project. Given that I paid more for this lumber than any of the other places around I assumed the lumber would be of the best quality and that I would get what I asked for. I was wrong."
