"I rented a utility truck here since they provided uhual rentals. I returned it the next day and then was charged over 160$ later the same month. Owner claimed i never returned it and had been calling and texting me about it. Never received any calls or texts and when i called the shop after see why the charges were on my card, they said they weren’t sure and that i would have to call uhaul. Uhaul has fixed the charges but I would personally steer clear of here and rent from somewhere else."

"I came to OSC to fix some spark plugs and coils last fall. I am not from Wilmington but I go to school here so I was in a pinch. They overcharged me. I just recently uncovered this when my check engine light came on 4 months later when taking my car in for maintenance. My mechanic looked at the invoice they gave me and told me that they charged me for premium spark plugs and installed the general kind, to profit off of me. This is extremely dishonest and lazy and I would not recommend spending your money here unless you want to be taken advantage of and exploited."

"OSC Had Failed to perform service in a timely manner I called the shop every time. They never called me. Never gave a accurate finish date. I would always call 1 day after they promised to call me and have the truck finish. Three times he told me it would be done in a week. Very unclean everywhere. Extremely tight parking. Be careful driving anywhere around the building. Had to detach the car hauler.Super unprofessional stashing the shotgun in open hall !! Shannon had the Truck 3 months. Additionaly took a entire week closing the shop for a house sale."
